We are on the search for an Operations Manager to join our client in Northampton, a privately owned and well established group of companies within the construction and manufacturing industry.

Due to a continued period of growth they and are looking for someone with a resilient and driven personality, who can quickly adapt and react, providing solutions as needed in order to ensure consistent delivery of quality product and service.

This role will primarily be working Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm, however will need a flexible approach at times, to meet operational needs at the Northampton site. The role will come with a basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience,an above average pension, a mental health and wellbeing program and a generous annual bonus to name just a few of the perks.

**Here’s what the role will involve**
- Ensuring all required materials are available and equipment remains serviceable
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the workshop team, and ensuring the teams high performance continues through effective recruitment, training and communication
- Maintaining a safe environment free from accidents or injuries
- Ensuring all products are maintained to the highest standard and are available to customers on time and within budget

- A track record of leading a team in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Experience working within the manufacturing, property maintenance or fabrication industry
- A hands on approach, an adaptable/organised personality, and a passion for operational excellence at all levels
