A company based in the **UK**, is seeking an experienced, results-driven, organised, and efficient **Administrator** alongside animal care duties. *

**Must reside in **Chandlers Ford or surrounding areas ** (Eastleigh, Fair Oak, North Baddesley, Hursley, Romsey, Chilworth, Fair Oak and Bishopstoke) *

This person would oversee and support all administration duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly for Fresh Cleans (a cleaning company based in Reading).
- This role is based in the companies HQ office in Shedfield and the cleaning arm of the business operates and services Reading customers and manages field cleaning staff remotely from Shedfield HQ office.*

**Duties include the following, but not limited to**:

- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
- Assisting the Directors with all PA duties as required

- **Organise office operations and procedures**:

- **Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations by ensuring office preparations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored**:

- **Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures**:

- **Handle customer inquiries**

**Requirements**:

- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent computer skills & knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Salary**:20 000 - 25 000 (GBP) per annum, plus bonus and incentives. 40 Days paid holiday annually (including bank holidays and extended festive period shutdown).
