You will need experience working within an IFA Practice as an Financial Service Administrator and Financial Services qualifications is preferred but not essential.

**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include**:

- LOA’s
- Gathering information/research
- Using comparison tools
- Writing Reason Why letters
- Processing new business
- Prepping review packs
- Writing Review Letters
- Processing withdrawals/switches/top ups

**What is Needed to Be Considered For This Role**:

- Back-office system is Intelliflo, so experience of that will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years experience of working as a IFA Administrator.
- Financial Services qualifications are desirable
- Able to cope with IT and telecommunications equipment
- Good communication skills
- Professional attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
