Financial Services Administrator

IDEX are representing a Wealth Management firm who are demonstrating strong growth via headcount and AUM and require a Financial Services Administrator to join their Leeds based offices.
This is a newly created role and will be responsible for assisting the Investment Management team in various aspects.

As part of a small and close-knit office, the team has a strong work-ethic with a collaborative mindset which is also demonstrated by their engagement in regular sociable activities outside of work.
- Experience within a wealth management/financial services environment within the administrative teams.
- Enthusiastic and confident individual, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients
- A strong numerical background
- A genuine interest within the financial services industry
**Key responsibilities of the role include;**
- Preparing meeting and presentation documents
- Ensuring all client verification is up to date and maintained
- Onboarding and suitability processes
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries to take instructions on the portfolio in respect of third party payments and the receipt of funds.
