Financial Services Administrator
- Immediate Start Leeds City Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Leading Financial Services business based in Luxury offices in Leeds City Centre due to continued growth and expansion. This company have an excellent reputation and offer opportunities for career progression and development. They offer an excellent office work environment with ongoing training and support.

The Financial Services Administrator role is initially a temporary assignment with the opportunity for the role to be extended. The role will be mainly office based in Leeds City Centre with the option for 2 days per week Hybrid working after an initial training period.

Reporting to the Team Leader key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure that all activity has appropriate administrative documentation in place via SLA's, internal KPI's and a monthly governance programme
- Uploading client details to portals and spreadsheets
- Effectively respond to inbound contact from internal and external sources in line with service levels and at first point of contact
- Provide guidance and advice on non-standard processes.
- Carry out regular and ad hoc audits of outputs, complaints and incident reports to monitor quality and escalate concerns
- Produce MI and reporting to highlight trends and causes and recommend improvements and enhancements
- Using Excel & datbases on daily basis

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Ideally have some experience of working in the Financial Services industry
- Have experience in a high volume processing role
- Be confident using Excel and databases
- Be able to consider an immediate start temp role
- Be able to commute to Leeds City Centre
