Due to growth, our client is now looking to appoint a Senior Financial Service Administrator to join their growing team
**Job description**
Providing general administration support to the director, advisers, and other members of the practice. This will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of administration tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, resilient, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and someone who has a positive & organised working style.
- Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Partner.
- Maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation.
- Complete post meeting letters for Annual Review meetings.
- Preparing client files for reviews
- Liaising with adviser and clients to ensure excellent service is delivered.
- Ensuring all client documentation is correctly recorded
- Ensuring all systems are updated with progress and a clear audit trail is available
**Experience required**
- Minimum 1 years experience in financial services
- Previous experience in a customer facing role providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English is Essential
- Ability to work on your own and use your initiative and to also work well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of ISA’s, pensions, and protection products.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge further.
- There will be opportunities to progress within your role and in financial services, working on your strengths and the needs of the business.
**Remuneration & Benefit package**
- Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Hours: full time Monday - Friday 9pm till 5pm
