**The Role: Senior Financial Services Administrator**

**Location**:Leeds City Centre

**Salary - highly competitive**:£24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

**Hours**: Full time Monday - Friday 9pm till 5pm

**Company Information**

You will be working as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team at a modern Financial Planning company who are based in the centre of Leeds.

There will be opportunities to progress within your role and in financial services, working on your strengths and the needs of the business.

You will be tasked with providing a high-quality level of service to Clients.

You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of administration tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, resilient, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and someone who has a positive & organised working style.

Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge further.

**About you**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in financial services
- Previous experience in a customer facing role providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English is essential

- **Basic understanding of ISA’s, pensions, and protection products.**:

- **Accuracy and attention to detail.**:

- Good working knowledge of **Microsoft Office, in particular Word**, Excel and Outlook.

**About the job**:
Providing general administration support to the director, advisers, and other members of the practice. This will involve, but is not limited to, the following:

- Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Partner.
- Maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation.
- Complete post meeting letters for Annual Review meetings.
- Preparing client files for reviews
- Liaising with adviser and clients to ensure excellent service is delivered.
- Ensuring all client documentation is correctly recorded
- Ensuring all systems are updated with progress and a clear audit trail is available

You will also be required to have full reference checks.
