**Role**: Financial Services Administrator

**Reporting to**: Managing Director and Operations Director

**Salary**: Ranging from £21,000 to £30,000 per annum

**Location**: Central Leeds

**Reference Number**: 8179

They are looking to expand their administrative team and are interested in individuals with prior experience as an administrator within the financial services field or those interested in pursuing a career in this sector. This is a flexible position with a suitability range from Graduate up to the financial services industry professional level.

Previous experience working in a sensitive sector or dealing with delicate cases would give you a key advantage for this position, as you will also be working within a also be working in a Legal environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation and maintenance of client files
- Sustaining administration systems
- Compilation of new business documents
- Preparation of information and comparisons for IFA analysis
- Serving as a primary point of contact, efficiently addressing client and third-party inquiries through effective communication

**Essential Experience/ Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with the Financial Planning process
- Capability to achieve established goals independently.
- Effective time management and workload prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT

**Desired Experience/ Qualifications**:

- Financial Services industry background
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial services
- Relevant qualifications in Financial Services
