**POSITION**:People Talent Co-ordinator

**SALARY**:£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

**WORKING HOURS**: 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working (3 days office based, 2 days WFH)

**ABOUT THE JOB**

You will be ultimately responsible for recruitment from advert to appointment, to co-ordinate company inductions to Service Support Centre (SSC) colleagues, to review recruitment processes and suggest improvements. To ensure all processes and procedures relating to a person’s recruitment and SSC probation period are completed. To work with charity partners to aid diversity in recruitment and on social value projects. To ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our goals and values.

Your duties would include but are not limited to:
Advertising
- Create, manage, and post job adverts with relevant information for the specific role to attract and retain talent.
- Advertising on a diverse range of platforms including local authorities, social media, job search platforms, with charity partners etc
- Build relationships with external agencies, charity partners and other external contacts to advertise specific roles
- Review success of the recruitment platform and proactively researching and implementing alternative innovative methods to aid success.

Recruitment Process
- Attend recruitment fairs and profile-raising events, building relationships with local authorities to ensure we are attracting a diverse range of talent
- Fully manage and support end to end the recruitment process for all vacancies
- To ensure CV redaction for personal data in line with our privacy notice
- Co-ordinating interviews and preparing interview documentation for hiring managers
- Preparing job offer letters
- Fully compliant with the use of the Ucomply right to work system for onboarding all new starters
- Hold inductions for all new starters and prepare induction/training plan alongside hiring manager.

Reporting/Measuring
- Ensure records and a log is kept of where new talent has been sourced from and by who
- Ensure evidence and data is stored and updated for our Social Impact reporting on a monthly basis
- Provide a weekly report on vacancies and rate of completion

Team/Department
- Ensure 3-month probation meetings are set in hiring manager calendar with details of probation process and an outcome confirmed in writing to the new starter
- Manage and organise employee referral process liaising with Development & Wellbeing
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and procedures, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Research and implement innovative ways to recruit fairly and increase diversity within our recruitment process
- Promote Regular Cleaning colleague initiatives such as Regular Rewards, Hastee, RISE, Employee Portal, training platforms (UhUb), social media, sustainability initiatives etc
- To support and contribute to sustainability, social value projects and initiatives in line with our Planet Mark accreditation, Net Zero 30 target and in conjunction with our company values

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for:

- Creative, engaging, organised with acute attention to detail
- Excellent open and honest communicator ensuring information is clear and concise.
- Organised, methodical, proactive with excellent time management skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience using professional social networks for recruiting (LinkedIn etc.)
- Experience of delivering feedback in a positive and constructive manner
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 package
- A high standard of maths and verbal and written English
- Manage conflicting multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Pro-active with the ability to research and make suggestions for improvements/initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams by being a team player and having the ability to work effectively with others
