Our client, a prestigious industry leading retail Plc based in North Nottinghamshire, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward thinking, people focussed organisationwho are at the forefront of their sector.

The position is due to start ASAP on a full-time basis paying a salary of c£60,000pa. Other great and notable benefits include company share scheme, employee recognition programme, retail discounts, free parking and much more.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across our business and will report directly into the Group Head of People
- Partner with stakeholders delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Create and implement a People Plan for your business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Group People strategy
- Focus areas will be organisational design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning
- Support Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues
- Work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects
- Support the engagement agenda and initiatives to drive improved engagement levels, positively impacting on people KPIs
- Act as a 'trusted advisor’ to partners, providing valued & effective coaching & guidance
- Identify and build best practice people frameworks, solutions, process & tools that can be used in the business to enhance people/business performance to achieve our vision
- Act as a visible advocate for our purpose & values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently

**About you**:

- Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in fast paced, multi-location and complex businesses
- Experience as part of a high performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
- Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks

**Working hours**:

- 40 hours per week, 8:00 / 9:00am - 17:00 / 18:00pm
- 4 days on site and 1 day working from home per week
