We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Temporary Staffing Co-ordinator to assist in the provision of a high quality service for the medical locum bank. You will be the first point of contact for the Trust in many instances, and as such will be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Main duties of the job

The Medical Staffing team is a busy and dynamic team who are experts in managing the medical workforce.

You will be responsible for the day to day administration of Medical Locums liaising with the Medical Staffing team, departmental clinical leads and locum bank workers and agencies. Ideally you will have experience in NHS based software such as Healthroster, TRAC and ESR.

As part of this role, you have the option to work from home two days per week, with three days office based.

**Qualifications**:
Essential criteria
- Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent - Able to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skillsDesirable criteria
- CIPD qualification or an interest in CIPD or HR module training

Experience

Essential criteria
- Previous administration experience in a similar complex environment - Evidence of achieving work of an accurate standard - Experience of using Microsoft Office softwareDesirable criteria
- Previous recruitment/HR experience and/or Medical Staffing experience - Previous NHS experience - Experience of NHS Jobs/TRACKnowledge

- Understanding of confidentiality - Understanding of meeting the needs of our customer - Understanding of providing a front of house serviceDesirable criteria
- Understanding of pre-employment check requirements in line with NHS and other relevant national regulations - Understanding of doctors career pathway and associated recruitment cycles**Skills**:
