Your role will involve negotiating with suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for optimizing procurement processes, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and payment terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine purchasing needs and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders in a timely manner to maintain adequate stock levels
- Track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information in our Oracle EBS system

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and pricing
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and market trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

SC clearance is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £36,000.00 per year
