Elevation Accountancy and Finance are thrilled to be working with a fantastic growing business in the Doncaster area in their search for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
In this exciting role, the Credit Controller will take full responsibility of the end to end accounts receivable function, managing aged debt, allocating cash, dealing with complex queries and supporting with the month end close down period. The credit controllerwill be confident speaking to clients and performing excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include:
- Responsibility for the running of the Credit Control function within the team
- Monitoring and assessing customer's accounts regarding agreed credit limits
- Management of around 1000 accounts per month
- Cheque allocation, and banking
- Resolving any short payments / debit deductions / invoice queries
- Responsible for crediting valid invoice queries
- Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
Person Specification:
- Attention to detail
- Personal credibility
- Competent and confident within a finance team and in dealing with the wider business
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Organisation skills
- Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programmes
- Experience in working with a finance department in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of budget control and budget management
