Office Co-ordinator/Administrator - Shirley, Southampton

Property industry experience preferred but not essential.

At Beals Estate Agents we employ professional, dedicated and committed members of staff who provide a high standard of service to our customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Processing new tenancies and renewals and ensure all compliance procedures are met
- Assisting landlords and tenants with their property management queries
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
- Processing of tenant referencing
- Preparing property details
- General office administration
- Responding to general enquiries received from our clients or future clients
- Handling post and documentation
- Organising inventory check ins/out, invoices, move ins etc
- Record and maintain accurate CRM databases
- Register applicants for lettings
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Effectively communicating with clients
- Driving licence preferred but not essential

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
