Barclay Meade HR and Talent are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a Business and Accounting firm based in Southampton. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Advisor.

**Job description**:
**Benefits include**:

**HR Administrator responsibilities**:

- Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Provide generalist support where needed.
- Support with employee related cases.
- Full employee life cycle support to the organisation, providing support to the wider HR function

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience working on HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Previous experience operating at HR Coordinator/HR Administrator level
- Able to effectively manage workload.
- CIPD level 3 desirable.
