CMA are proud to be working again with this repeat client to hire a HR Assistant within the People and Culture Division.
Your role will include proving timely, accurate and efficient administration support to the People and Culture Division. You will need to work with strict confidentiality and sensitivity to support the team in the successful implantation of various HR work streams.
What will the HR Assistant role involve?
To prepare the consultation packs and confidential documents for restructure programmes
Administer the correspondence for staff – Including issuing letters, writing job descriptions and amending terms and conditions.
Creating interview paperwork and corresponding on selection criteria
Respond to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures.
Carry out ad-hoc reporting as required using the HRIS
To coordinate and manage both formal and informal meetings as directed, effectively managing diaries to enable sufficient time and avoid calendar conflicts.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Assistant vacancy:
Previous experience within HR Administration
High attention to detail and good IT Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
A flexible and collaborative approach to work
