We are currently seeking a professional, confident individual to join the school as HR Assistant.
You will be highly organised, dedicated, approachable and flexible and display excellent communication skills. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
To be successful, you will have strong administrative skills and relevant experience of working within an HR/Payroll environment.
Supporting the Director of Operations in all aspects of HR and payroll, you will be responsible for administering the payroll function, as well as dealing with day-to-day enquiries in regards to HR/payroll matters.
In addition, you will assist with monitoring and recording staff absence, and administering the full recruitment process including pre-employment checks for all new staff.
