**About the role**
Reporting in to the Leadership & Development Manager you will be accountable for the development and coaching of the Atlanta wide leader population. You will maintain the brand of the Performance Coach across all sites / brands within the business, visiting these on a regular basis, planning and delivering an outstanding service to our internal customers. You will support the creation of our ‘Centre of Excellence’ for learning and promote our offerings. You will also work collaboratively with the wider L&D function to support the Leadership Development Programmes and other initiatives the L&D Team deliver. The role also supports a number of projects and business programmes so you will need to be able to balance a number of tasks at once.
You will consult out into the business to plan, coordinate and run coaching observations and development sessions with our management and senior management population. You will use a variety of coaching methods and models - preferably the GROW coaching model, supporting the development of our leaders in everyday tasks such as 121s, coaching and feedback sessions, setting SMART objectives, performance managing, huddles and buzz sessions to equip them to coach and develop their own teams through observations. You will be an advocate for our Leadership Development programmes and support the promotion, design and delivery of them. You will support the development of the programmes and work with the cohorts to achieve their activities and learning outcomes.
A natural people person, you are easily able to build relationships across the business, especially with senior stakeholders. You are comfortable having coaching conversations with the leadership team, providing constructive feedback in order to improve performance and being accountable for making sure all coaching activity is completed.
You are accomplished at facilitating both in-person and virtual coaching sessions as well as external programmes. You can design and deliver innovative workshops to support the strategic needs of the business, able to tailor them to different audiences.
Diligent in your approach, you will continually evaluate coaching solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability. You will track performance of activities, and be able to produce comprehensive reporting packs for the leadership team.
The role in summary will:
- Help to create a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for learning and promote our learning solutions across the business
- Promote a culture of Coaching and Development
- Ensure that best practice coaching is developed and delivered
- Evidence return on investment with performance linked data reporting.
**This role will require travel between our 'Atlanta' offices.**
