**Job Title: Administrator**
**Location: Darwen**
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Administrator in the Darwen area. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to sales order processing, invoice production, credit control, stock control, liaising with customers and external parties, purchase order processing, and general administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales order processing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Generating invoices promptly and ensuring accuracy.
- Conducting credit control activities to maintain healthy financial operations.
- Managing stock control of customers' holdings.
- Communicating with customers to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Coordinating the dispatch of pallets to various hauliers.
- Collaborating with external warehousing companies.
- Processing purchase orders and placing necessary orders promptly.
**Essential Skills**:
- Proficiency in Sage 50 for effective financial management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and external partners.
- Own Transport.
**Working Hours**:
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 3:30 PM).
