**Recruitment Process**:
Staff are recruited both from the UK and overseas. All overseas staff should have already obtained all necessary legal paperwork for the UK. All applicants follow a professional interviewing and thorough vetting process, this includes up to date CV, three references, training certificates, disclosure and barring service (DBS) checks and where necessary, home office checks.
Assistance and advice will be given to qualified nurses from overseas, to ensure that they obtain their appropriate NMC registration if pertinent. In the interim, however, Peach Nursing will provide this group of staff with work as a professional carer.
We hand pick our carers / nurses and operate a non-discriminatory practice. We pride ourselves on working with only the best.

Our Clients are privately funded, we look after complex conditions, late stage Parkinson's Disease, end of life care, post-operative management and the more complex medical conditions.
**Must have**:
- Experience in care would be preferable
- Willing to undergo mandatory training
- Good understanding of the Health Service in the UK
- Dynamic personality
- Clear spoken English
- Ability to write reports and keep accurate records
- Ability to liaise directly with Consultants and General Practitioners
- Must be able to act in an emergency
- Must display empathy and discretion
- No short hour shifts
