Domiciliary Care Coordinator

At Buttons Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career in the care sector.
About the RoleWe are a privately owned Domiciliary Care Company that is currently expanding our internal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating care shifts/rotas to care staff, ensuring care planning apps run and are updated by care staff, and providing effective communication with care staff, clients, and their families.
Requirements- Held a similar role previously at the same level or have been in the care sector as a Senior Carer looking to progress your career
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and written communication
- Flexibility and ability to be a team player
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are successful, you will be invited to Stage 1 interview via Teams, followed by Stage 2, a face-to-face interview in the office.
