All training will be provided for every aspect of the job, however the successful applicant will be very organised as this is a very varied & busy role.

We are also looking for someone who is very confident in using a computer.

Key duties include:

- Printing out online orders from multiple websites as well as Amazon and eBay.
- Organising and processing returned products, liaising with the warehouse for outgoing orders and stock checks.
- General office admin, placing orders onto our internal system (Sage), creating invoices and processing sales orders.
- Seeing customers in our factory showroom, measuring templates and carrying sofa cushions and similar out to the factory floor.
- Organising daily collections via different mail couriers (DHL, Royal Mail, Parcel Monkey, DPD etc).
- be enthusiastic, polite and have a friendly telephone manner.
- have sales experience (retail/ other).
- be reliable and ask for work when not busy.
- be confident with basic math.

Sage experience is a plus.

Full training will be provided in all areas.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
