- Manage filing systems for organised and accessible documents.
- Input data accurately and maintain data integrity.
- Assist with diary management and staff accommodation bookings.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Print and prepare drawings with attention to detail.
You don’t need previous experience, but you do need excellent communication skills, an organised approach to your work, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask a manage varied a busy workload.
