Our client is a reputable plumbing company dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team and support their daily administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Booking Management**
- Schedule appointments for plumbing services, ensuring optimal utilisation of technicians' time.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to assign appropriate technicians to scheduled appointments.

**Phone Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls to the office.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues effectively.
- Direct calls to the appropriate staff members as needed.

**Event Organisation**
- Plan and coordinate small business events such as seminars, workshops, and networking events.
- Arrange venue bookings, catering, and logístical arrangements for events.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and invitations for events.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and service requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.

**Experience required**:

- Driver/Car Owner
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also functioning well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12,500.00-£13,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
