Client Administration Specialist
Job Description & Person Specification

Job Title: Client Administration Specialist
Responsible to: Client Services Manager/Franchisee
Salary Grade: 19-22K Dependant on experience

**Main Purpose of the Post**:

- To be responsible for the administration of clients using our bespke CRM system
- To support the acquisition of new customers
- To provide a fantastic customer service experience

**Responsibilities**:

- To develop positive, trusting relationships with current, new and potential clients
- To continually review the existing processes, making them as effective as possible as trends and technology change
- To keep best practices and SOPs in line with the process
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify the potential for new customer sales
- Collate data on a weekly/monthly basis relating to successful retention rates etc and report these to the Office Manager
- Work alongside the Office Manager to identify classes required, classes to be disbanded, classes that need attention or support and help identify where marketing focus should be
- Contact new starters after three weeks of swimming by way of a welfare call and an opportunity to upsell and check all ok
- Contact three week no shows by way of a welfare call to check-in
- Assist with the coordination and management of the waiting lists for new classes
- To provide backup and support to the whole team as and when required
- To help with marketing campaigns to drive future business
- Any other duties as may be deemed appropriate

**Additional Oportunities**

**Hours of Work**
We are looking to recruit for a fulltime position of 35 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. However, we are open to the possibility of swapping 1 or 2 week days in the office for weekends working from home.

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
