Due to successful growth, Futur First, an entrepreneurial Recycling and Waste Management Consultancy have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Customer Service/Invoicing Administrator to join a friendly successful team based on the outskirts of Chippenham. Managing some well-known national clients and with ambitious plans for 2024 there is the potential to further develop career aspirations.

**Position Summary**

The role is multi-functional and will include an array of duties such as:

- Answering phones to clients
- Booking orders onto the CRM system, liaising with customers and suppliers
- Invoice processing and reconciliation
- Producing client reports
- General office administration

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience within a similar role is preferable and further training will be offered.
- An organised person, pro-active and observant with experience working to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to identify potential problems and seek solutions
- Able to work on your own initiative, organise and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of inputting and managing
data.
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a very busy office
