MJ Church Ltd are looking for an extremely focused Finance Administrator to join their ever growing Contracting Division.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Purchase ledger: Match and Process invoices to Purchase Orders & enter onto accounting system;
- Match and Process GRN’s to Purchase Orders
- Subcontract Ledger: Process Invoices, Applications and Certificates;
- Maintain clear and precise records to ensure an adequate audit trail;
- Liaise with suppliers and other members of staff to resolve purchase ledger and contract ledger queries;
- Provide support to the central site teams as necessary;
- Reconciling of supplier accounts;
- Greet visitors/clients in a friendly manner, issue visitor passes ensuring signed in according to company policy & provide refreshments when required;
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing/ internal post;
- Collating stationery request/process orders to Stores;
- Complete Health and Safety Inspection Checks on a monthly basis

Collating Agency Sub contractor hours for submission to Health and Safety Advisor

**Person Specification**:

- Exceptionally focused, highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Previous experience in accounts payable 2 yrs. minimum
- An understanding of basic accounting procedures
- Qualified or Training towards AAT or similar preferred
- Previous experience of working in a fast-moving subcontract or main contracting office essential
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages Word/Excel/ Outlook)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Speed/ accuracy & excellent attention to detail
- Expert administration skills
- Ability to multi-skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
