**Purpose of Role**

The role is responsible for effective and efficient delivery of administrative operations, assisting the Operations team with various duties and supporting recruitment activities as directed by the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- General office administration: including ordering and controlling stationery and office consumables, booking accommodation, meeting rooms etc.
- Support the Operations Team with weekly time sheets.
- Dealing with enquiries regarding time sheets.
- Administrative support to the Finance Team
- Ensuring Health and Safety of the office including risk assessments.
- Setting up laptops for new starters and ensuring they are fully equipped on their first day.
- Support the HQ Team with general office duties.
- Take a note of actions at weekly start up meeting, recording these on the relevant system.
- Provide admin support and minute taking for various management meetings.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all ‘corporate’ suppliers, working on behalf of Engage to ensure we are on the best tariff and getting optimum support.
- Providing a POC to Engage employees and acting as the ‘envoy’ to troubleshoot any issues, including supporting relationship with 3rd party IT Service.
- Scheduling and support Monthly Town Hall Briefing including creating new slides decks and updating housekeeping points.
- First point of call for any office emergencies.
- Organising company events.

Relevant Qualifications
- Maths and English GCSE grade 5 or above
- MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience

- The role is office based, must be able to travel to the Head Office Location - some home-working may be applicable on a adhoc basis.
- Ability to work closely with a team in a matrix management organisation.
- A customer service mindset; understand what good customer service feels like.
- Communicate effectively at all levels.
- Confident and outgoing and builds relationships with ease.
- Ability to act appropriately as a supplier-facing company representative.
- Experience of working with people in a customer service capacity.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proven track record of working to time constraints, and delivering results.
- A great eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop your business acumen.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
