Compliance Administrator

**JOB SUMMARY**
We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to support the operational team across multiple projects.
You will be responsible for managing, organising and controlling handover activities on behalf of the Project Manager and includes all applicable documental evidence that is required in line with the handover check lists, scope of work information and statutory requirements.
**DAILY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Ensure effective communication within the project teams and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly set and met.
- Provide support and be responsible for the integrity of project data, as well as adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Maintain document control within a digital filing system.
- Effectively manage and document issues and/or escalations raised, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion.
- Contribute to continuous improvements through highlighting any areas where the project delivery process can be improved.
