Asgard Hi-Tech Solutions are experienced, trusted design and construction partners for the EV/ General Battery Manufacturing turnkey facility fitout within the UK, EMEA and North America.
We require a Project Administrator to support our ever growing team and the administrative needs of the project.
**Summary **:The Project Administrator will support the project management team, responsible for coordinating and facilitating project-related activities. The Project Administrator will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
**Reporting to**
The Project Administrator will report directly to the Project Manager.
**Project Documentation**
Create, organise, and maintain project documents, including contracts, schedules, and meeting minutes.
**Meeting Coordination**
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, preparing agendas and materials as needed.
**Communication Management**
Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates.
**Project Tracking**
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update project status reports.
**Resource Management**
Assist in managing project resources, including equipment, and materials.
**Budget Support**
Provide support in tracking project expenses and budget adherence.
**Client Relations**
Act as a liaison between project managers and clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
**Quality Assurance**
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and internal procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
