**About the position**

Joining a small and fluid team, you can expect to be completing the following:

- Ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Solve customer issues by developing expertise in relevant product areas and by learning to troubleshoot a diverse range of customer issues.
- Follow-up of clients for content or content approval.
- Production of Digital Content (Websites/Newsletters) via our proprietary CMS.
- Training of clients via video conferencing software.
- Assist with the creation and setup of new client accounts.
- Resolution of tickets within our ticket management system (Freshdesk).

**About You**

We would love you to have:

- Previous experience in Customer Support over the phone and live chats.
- Strong user empathy and a customer obsession.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Experience working within the tech/software space.
- Experience with Office365 suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Own laptop/desktop, stable internet connection and headset/microphone.

Bonus points for:

- SQL Knowledge
- JS Knowledge
- Photoshop experience
- Experience working within SaaS will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) remote-only position with immediate start.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
