**Job Description** About the Role**:
The Head of Investor Relations is part of the Investor Relations, Strategy and Corporate Development Team and supports the Chief of Staff & Strategy in communicating the ASOS investment case to the market. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a strong relationship between the company and capital markets, including current and prospective investors and research analysts to drive the fair valuation of the business through earnings announcements and major events. Investor Relations collaborates extensively across the wider business, managing executive and board expectations and working cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, tech, marketing, communications and governance.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Writing results and trading announcements, presentations, scripts, and supporting documents, whilst liaising with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Writing key sections of the Annual Report and Accounts and ensuring the corporate website is fit for purpose.
- Preparing the CEO, CFO and other management committee members for any interactions with the investment community
- Representing ASOS at analyst and investor meetings, whilst responding quickly to incoming inquiries
- Maintaining a detailed Company consensus model, used for regular benchmarking to analyst models and internal forecasts
- Preparing financial information in readiness for results announcements and trading updates
- Preparing regular reporting to the Board on IR activities
- Working alongside brokers to profile and target investors.
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies

**Qualifications** Who We’d Like to Meet**

Someone who has key skills, experience and strong leadership behaviours

Essential:

- Someone who has exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
- They’ll have strong verbal communication skills, able to articulate business performance and strategy to investors and analysts with confidence
- Will have the ability to understand the different drivers of a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and articulate these to external audience
- Have good financial acumen and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Have strong organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- A high degree of tenacity and drive, and ability to work autonomously without day-to-day guidance
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Low ego with a team mentality and comfortable to take on basic tasks when required

Useful:

- Recognised accountancy or financial analyst qualification
- Previous investor relations or other relevant experience at a UK-listed retail business
