We're recruiting for a forward-thinking Product Assistant who will contribute to the performance of your team by supporting your Product Lead in the day to day management of their ranges.
What's the job?:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Co-ordinate, collect and centralise the data and actions in relation to my range category within the timescales
- Analyse current OEB (Own Exclusive Brands) product and customer trends/data
- Advise and bring quick solutions to stakeholders to optimise category performance and execution
- Act as key contact for the category, communicating across the wider matrix team and across the Banner's.
- Optimise ways of working to improve the workflow within the category
What we need:
**What experience you’ll bring**:
- Support the design of new and unique Kingfisher product ranges
- Co-ordinate, collect and centralise the data and actions in relation to the range category within the required deadlines
- Advise and bring quick solutions to stakeholders in order to optimise category efficiency and implementation
- Act as key contact for the category, communicating across the wider matrix team and within each of nine operating companies across Europe
- Collect and analyse current product and customer trends and data
- Improve working processes to improve the organisation of the category

We’re adopting a hybrid approach with some office and some home working, on average 40-60% in the office. Your office location? This person will be UK based with our Head Office in Yeovil, or we could explore the option of being based in one of our other retail banners head offices in Southampton or Paddington.
