**Contract type**: Temp to Perm

**Salary**:£10.42 - 11.05 per hour depending on experience

Opportunity has opened up for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team, based in Middleton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator with a passion for customer services to work in a small, friendly team and provide customer services support direct to customers. You will need to be a flexible team worker who is not phased working in a busy office environment.

**Your role will involve**:

- Answer incoming calls and Web Chats from internal and external customers.
- Take ownership of customer queries and see through to resolution.
- Complete system actions on customer accounts.
- Processing data within internal systems when needed.
- Administration tasks where needed.
- Handling customer queries.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Managing work to deadlines / SLA’s.
- Achieving targets set.

**Key skills & experience**:

- Computer Literate.
- Excellent Customer Service experience, with inbound phone experienced required.
- Able to communicate in a positive, professional and confident manner, with both internal staff and customers.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, with excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in an eCommerce role would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication, especially English grammar.

- Understanding of GDPR.
