**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Tracking the whole mortgage process - from decision in principle stage to completion
- Ensuring compliance and chasing documentation
- Providing first-class service to solicitors, brokers, clients and internal staff
- General administrative tasks
- Managing a customer relationship database of client records in order to target clients for further business at the end of their product period
- Providing a front-of-house/reception duty for the office and being the first port of call for telephone enquiries.
- Developing skills to underwrite insurance policies as well as arranging life cover and covering administration relating to protection policies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic skills to perform calculations accurately
- Familiarity with financial services terminology is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
