Our affiliated business partner is a successful mortgage brokerage that specializes in mortgages for affordable housing initiatives, collaborating closely with housing associations primarily in London, the South of England, and more recently in the South West and Midlands. These strong partnerships keep us at the forefront of the industry and aid in the development of innovative products.
Their core competency lies in securing mortgages for individuals involved in government-backed affordable housing programs, an area that often lacks adequate coverage by many brokers. Not all lenders are willing to finance in this sector, and those that do frequently regard affordable schemes as 'special cases.' This is why, as market leaders, we can support these clients and require skilled consultants like you.
The ideal candidates must possess CeMAP or an equivalent qualification, along with experience in the mortgage intermediary sector.
It is CRUCIAL that you have experience managing Shared Ownership mortgage applications and handling a high volume of leads, such as 15-20 applications monthly in the brokerage sector, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in brokerage.
In return, we offer a competitive employed package, a wealth of leads, and comprehensive administrative support from our head office, with an OTE of £40,000 per annum.
