**Job Title: Team Administrator**

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Adding patients to waiting lists and booking appointments for pre op assessments with patients.
- Produce clinic lists and report outcomes.
- It would be PAS’ing notes that have been reviewed by nurses and anaesthetists and updating for central waiting list to list patients.
- Obtaining case notes using file tracker and tracking notes appropriately. Supplies ordering.
- Organising patient labels. Chase up DNA’s.
- Taking telephone queries regarding waiting lists and patients pre op appointments.

**You will learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You will have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Camis training waiting list and appointments ,
- PAS training, file tracker,
- Telephone experience
- ICE system knowledge
