We provide 3,400 homes across West Yorkshire for lots of different types of households. This includes homes for families, supported housing for older people, student homes, shared ownership homes and homes for affordable and market rent.

As an Administrator you will be working closely with you colleagues in the Customer Safety team to help keep our properties up to date with gas, electrical and other safety checks and thus help keep our customers safe in their homes.

Other elements of the role include:


• Communicating effectively with customers and contractors.


• Processing invoices: checking we have the correct paperwork and cross referencing to ensure invoices are issued correctly.


• Updating compliance registers to ensure we are keeping to our statutory and regulatory requirements.
