Part-Time Role - 15 Hours Weekly
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Office Administration Coordinator to become part of a newly established maternal mental health initiative across West Yorkshire. This role is hosted by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust.
We are in search of a proactive individual who embodies professionalism and approachability, capable of fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders and collaborators.
This initiative aims to assist women and birthing individuals facing moderate to severe mental health challenges related to childbirth experiences, including trauma, anxiety about childbirth, and loss.
The successful applicant will deliver essential administrative support for the initiative and should be self-driven, possess effective communication skills, work collaboratively within a team, demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain meticulous records while showcasing exceptional organizational abilities.

Main Responsibilities
The candidate must exhibit outstanding organizational capabilities and the ability to manage their workload effectively to meet deadlines, while maintaining keen attention to detail amidst competing priorities.
We seek an administrator with an NVQ or RSA Level 3 qualification or the ability to demonstrate equivalent competency.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is crucial.
The candidate should be adept at functioning within a team and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities will vary and include managing emails, scheduling appointments, overseeing diary management, utilizing clinical systems, and handling phone inquiries. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
This role operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and allows for remote and agile working, with occasional travel to designated sites as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
