**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of Customer Relationship Executive is to help drive Hexa Finance forward by being a key component of our operation hub based in Newport.
Key aspects of your role include:
1. The most important thing to Hexa are our customers, which in this role will be our suppliers and funder partners. High levels of customer service are paramount to being successful in this role.

2. Successfully manage new proposals from receipt of enquiry through to completion by following our standard procedures and within agreed SLA’s.

3. Complete all resulting communications to a high standard of accuracy.

4. Being a positive influencer within the team, delivering good behavioral and professional standards in line with the Hexa core values.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
