- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage the organization of files, documents, and other office materials

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Utilize computerized systems to perform tasks such as word processing, spreadsheet creation, and database management

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic accounting principles (knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
