Office Manager and Administrative Assistant

GHA Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will be based in the company premises in Croydon and will involve providing administrative support to the senior team, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation, as well as general administration duties.

The Role

As an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the senior team, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation
  • Managing office contracts, including mobile phones, landlines, cleaners, and office supplies
  • Renewing licenses and submitting expenses
  • Working closely with the senior team on all areas of the business

The Person

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Assistant who has:

  • Proven track record in office management and administration
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
