The Role
As an Office Manager and Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior team members, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation, as well as general administration duties. You will also be responsible for managing office contracts, including mobile phones, landlines, cleaners, and other services.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation for senior team members

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager and Personal Assistant who has a proven track record in a similar role. You will have exceptional planning and organizational skills, be able to work on your own initiative, and have advanced Microsoft Word and Outlook skills. Knowledge of PowerPoint and websites is also desirable.
