Pcn Administration Assistant

The PCN Administration Assistant is responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the PCN and team.
**Priorities include (but not limited to)**:
- Booking patients for various appointments for Long Term Condition clinics
- Supporting the other ARRS staff in the PCN with the smooth running of services
- As an integral part of the PCN you will be responsible for ensuring KPI's and other targets are met, communication with team members will be paramount
- The PCN Administration Assistant will assist the PCN Manager with their relationships and engagement with the PCN practices and other stakeholders across the locality to ensure a collaborative approach to service development and delivery.
- The PCN Administration Assistant will work closely with the PCN Manager and relevant teams and practices to support network implementation and the standardisation of agreed service changes, contracts, policies, pathways and quality improvement.
- The PCN Administration Assistant will assist the PCN Manager in ensuring the dissemination of information across the member practices and is tasked with supporting the administration of any shared learning events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £13.86 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
