Overview:
Flexible working hrs are available by negotiation to the right applicant, up to a maximum of 38 hrs per week.

**Duties**:

- Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Coordinating with suppliers and negotiating contracts for equipment and services
- Assisting in the organisation of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required
- Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible
- Supporting administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in office administration/ purchasing or a similar role within a supply chain environment
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

Pay: £10.50-£14.50 per hour
