**Reporting to the Purchasing Group Leaders, the Purchasing Assistant, will be responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Purchasing Team.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry, order management and expedition of orders and RFQ’s in Aurora purchasing system
- Spreadsheet data entry and review
- Liaise with other business units and departments
- Day to day assistance for the Purchasing Group
- Housekeeping of the Aurora purchasing system
- Minute taking

You may be asked from time to time be asked to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position.
