- Coordinate with Independent Financial Advisors to ensure smooth administrative operations
- Manage client documentation, including account opening, transfers, and updates, with precision and attention to detail
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined administrative procedures and systems

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in financial administration desired but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in industry software and platforms, such as CRM systems and document management tools
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure
