Job Summary

This role involves providing full administrative support to Financial Planners in Newcastle Upon Tyne, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a financial planning support or administrative role and knowledge of pensions, ISAs, GIAs, and investment products.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
  • Liaising with operational teams to provide support on activities, such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £27,500 - £34,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, generous holiday package, option to purchase additional holiday, and shared parental leave.
