**Commercial Administrator**

Milestone Infrastructure are the leading provider of highways infrastructure in the UK and look after in excess of 24,000 miles of roads, 280,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with mínimal impact to local communities.

We are looking to recruit a **Commercial Administrator** to work on our Cambridgeshire Highways contract in Huntingdon.

As a Commercial Administrator you will be part of our commercial team who are responsible for delivering Target Cost Schemes on a Term Service Contract

**As the Commercial Administrator your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Assist the commercial team to process subcontract payments on CPA (new package -self billing)
- Liaison with Commercial, Operational team personnel to ensure final accounts are done on time.
- Liaison with Commercial and Client team to ensure timely client payment and chase for outstanding payments.
- Ensure Compensation Events data is entered into CPA system accurately
- Provide cover for other members of the commercial team;
- Other administrative tasks.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- An O-level/GCSE in Mathematics is desirable,
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to input data accurately and quickly identify errors
- Methodical approach and ability to close-out tasks under a ‘right first time’ approach within tight deadlines
- Manage and prioritise own workload
- Flexible
