**HR Officer**

Due to ongoing successes and growth, our client is looking for a HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. You would be joining an experienced and well-established team, in a company which has won the Queen’s Award for Innovation twice. This would give you the opportunity to engage with a varied workforce of technical, operational and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities in this role might include:

- Assist the HR team in the day to day running of the human resources department
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Complete offer letters to new starters and prepare contracts of employment for new employees. Gaining references for new employees
- Ensuring compliance of the company’s computer database
- Ensuring that company policies follow national laws and regulations
- Assist with any special HR projects

Experience required:

- Previous work experience in a HR administrator or HR assistant role
- Preferably CIPD qualified
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and IT skills
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Brilliant team player
